CREATIVE PROMPT
In the beginning of Chapter 1 of THE DISCO BALL, there is a heartfelt monologue from Captain Alma Cooke about her experience floating in space.
Unbeknownst to Alma, Engineer Marcus Rhoder was streaming her commentary on his YouTube channel. The clip goes viral, appearing on CNN, and the comments begin to pour in on Alma’s personal Instagram account, where she shares photos from her side-hobby as a mural painter.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Comments can be as long or as short as you want-just as long as they fit the context of supporting Alma in her mural painting endeavors!
This is a quick and easy way to become a part of the story creation process of THE DISCO BALL.
There will be a light curation process of submitted comments (ensuring comments are contextually accurate to Alma’s Instagram), but our goal is to accept and award with Profit Points all who submit a comment.
HOW IT WORKS
Interested writers should submit their support comment via the submission typeform.
Our creative team will evaluate all submissions to ensure that each is appropriate in terms of fitting the context of the Co/Create. There are no limits to the number of winners selected-as long as you submit an appropriate comment, your submission will be selected and you will receive Profit Points!
All winning comments will be integrated into THE DISCO BALL as literal comments on Alma’s Instagram in the “Going Viral” scene
